Se ha desarrollado un software en un entorno fácil y amigable para el chequeo previo de bases en un trabajo topográfico en el que se debe trabajar con una red de bases previas en un sistema de referencia distinto al proporcionado por un receptor GNSS. Éstas deben ser comparadas con las obtenidas con dicho receptor. El problema reside en las posibles dificultades para determinar si las bases previas o las tomadas con el receptor puedan no ser correctas y por ello, con el software, se pretende paliar este interrogante. Con todo esto, se intenta facilitar la selección de las bases que servirán para el posterior cálculo de los parámetros de transformación. El programa se ha desarrollado en entorno Visual Basic 6, y es compatible con cualquier versión de Windows a partir de Windows 98. Convert user-saved tracks from GPS-Tracks for iPhone to KML files for Google Earth. The GPS-Tracks iPhone application is available from the App Store or from http://www.gps-tracks.com . It can save recorded GPS tracks to the iPhone storage. This little Java applet provides the functionality to convert these saved tracks to KML files, for use with Google earth. Under Windows, it uses the synced files from the iTunes phone files backup, and extracts the tracks from there. Under Linux, it uses the virtual file system provided by libgpod (which provides an iPhone-gvfs-bridge) and gvfs-fuse (which offers gvfs virtual filesystems as Linux FUSE filesystems). Fielddata Mgr Overview This is a Python program, which means that one must install the open source freely available Python interpreter and a few required also open source, freely available modules that support the functionality of the program. The program "Fielddata Mgr", is customized for the Rick survey department, in such that it supports up to 9 chiefs, each having their own folder in one location, 2 supervisers, each with a PC on the network, and access to a main server. Each day, the .RAW file is copied to the appropriate chiefs folder and when Fielddata Mgr is run, or the reload button is clicked, all .RAW files are listed along with a long list of all job folders existing in a designated location, and a short list of frequently accessed jobs that are selected from within the long list.
