<p>I'm a graduate student a Michigan Tech University<br />
working with Dr. Charles Wallce. As part of our project<br />
Dr. Wallace suggested using Xasm as a developement<br />
tool. I have encountered some trouble with the xasm<br />
compiler. I just downloaded the gm-52-lin.tgz file,<br />
untarred it, and ran the install.sh file. I updated my<br />
.cshrc file and then tried to compile some of the<br />
programs in the &quot;tests&quot; directory. When I attempt to<br />
compile any of the files I get the following error:</p>
<p>$ xasmc -o test returnundef.xasm <br />
*** child killed: segmentation violation</p>
<p>Any information you can provide is greatly appreciated.</p>
