ActiveWizard applications using Documentum version 5.3 do not log Audit Trail events to the audit trail for state transitions (i.e. “Pending Approval” to “Approved” state) of major version documents/records.

Max Character Limit

For text fields (text area, textbox, muti-text) it would be a good enhancement to allow the admin to set the max number of possible characters. This is especially useful when the field is tied to a docbase property, that may have a length restriction on it. Some notes:

1) The user should have feedback when entering text. Some text that says: '128 characters remaining', and updates as the user types
2) I'm not sure how this would work for WYSIWYG inputs since the number of characters will depend on how much formatting is added, not necessarily the number of characters the user types. For now, we can ignore WYSIWYG if it's an issue.

Input Queries - remember answers

If you have a question query defined on your page and the user changes the query, the query will ALWAYS clear all of your answers, even if all or some of the questions haven't changed on the page. For example, in the TS Input Queries page set:

1) Set a text box driving a question query that generates radio button answers to 'Ben',
2) Answer the generated questions for Ben and Bennie
3) Change the textbox to 'Be' and rerun the query.
4) The questions haven't changed, but after the query reruns all of the answers are cleared

This was actually implemented this way on purpose for Abbott, since their requirement was that if the IA query is rerun, all documents must be re-evaluated. So, if we move forward with this, this feature must be configurable.

Allow Multiple Alert Deletion

Rather than forcing users to delete alerts from the inbox one at a time, we should provide a checkbox to allow multiple deletes to happen at the same time, similar to the main page.

Multiple clients have asked for this, and it should be fairly easy.

Enhance Manage Versions

Support Set Property Action

We should support the set property action in the AWLite / Filesystem code. Set property actions are supported when using AWLite in embedded mode against Documentum, but are ignored when using AWLite standalone against the file system.

Enable Scroll Wheel

When implementing the WYSIWYG component, the scroll wheel was disabled. We should find a way to enable the scroll wheel - it's really annoying to have to use the scrollbar all the time.
