Automatically deselect a port when needed

The selected port is now deselected when the user clicks on another port of the same direction. This avoids the hassle of find which port is currently selected to de-select it by clicking on it.

This patch adds some improvements in Alsa Modular Synth.

A new LADSPA Browser based on the one in Ardour.

A new Drum MCV based on the Advanced MCV but that reacts only to a specific note, and a Drum Envelope that ignores NoteOff.

And finally a XY module that uses the position of the mouse cursor on the screen to control other modules.

'follow midi controller' doesn't work

The "Follow MIDI controller" option doesn't work (i.e., behaves like "Init MIDI controller") due to a misplaced closing brace.

All strings translatable

This patch introduces translatability for all strings (almost). It also introduces support for a lot of keyboard shortcuts, which were mostly neglected in ams so far.
