App menu in the wrong place

Steps to reproduce:

1. Download the amdi swc and add it to your lib folder
2. Use it with any flex-builder 4.0 project
3. When you click on the application-menu button the menu will come up in the middle of the window instead of adjacent to the app-menu-button

want dynamic maximize button

I want the "maximize" button to reflect the window's state. It should be a rectangle while the window is not maximized, and it should be two partially overlapped rectangles when the window is maximized. Example: these icons are already used by Windows native MDI implementations.

Steps to reroduce:
1). Head to http://www.trueagile.org/examples/amdiBasicExample/amdiBasicExample.html
2) For each windows, click it's maximize button to maximize it, click the same button to restore it and then click its close button
3) Hit "Shift" + Enter (as the text says)
4) Click the application area (to bring focus into it) then hit "Shift+Enter" again

Expected results: no idea...
Actual results:
