Made the list fill the width so toutch target is larger.
Added a context menu to edit/delete profiles.

Hint to the IME to use a "phone" mode to get number only pad.
Process an enter in the pin EditText as a click on the Generate button.
Have the IME send an enter when go is pressed.

Off-by-one error renders client unsuable

There's an off-by-one error in OneTimePasswordAlgorithm.java which I believe is caused by BigInteger.toByteArray() producing a *signed* byte array, which the rest of the code isn't expecting. This eror crashes the client every time when an OTP is requested.

Whilst there are probably better ways of fixing it, these 2 small changes have the effect of removing the sign from the array, allowing the correct generation of OTPs. I've tested this on the emulator and device, and I've seen it generate a correct OTP multiple times.

I really like the idea of your project and while looking over the code I added a little to the inline doc and checked for bounds in both direction. I hope that this helps... I don't do a lot of coding. If you would like I would love to help with the project. I have been looking for something that I can work on so I don't get to rusty.
