In the documentation, under the 'regular expressions' category, step 2 is currently:
Fill the "Rename" field with "\.o.." and the with field with ".new";

Similarly, step 2 in the 'dinamic fields' (should that be 'dynamic'?) is:
Fill the "Rename" field with "^(.)(.)(.)" (grouping the first three characters) and the "with" field with "\1\3\2" (first group, third group and then the second group);

And finally, the first step of the 'numeric sequences' section is:
Fill the "Rename" field with ".txt" and the "with" field with ".\#".

All of these should say 'the "Replace" field' rather than "Rename".

Trying to remove leading chars from filename inserts
space

I downloaded some songs from Napster and it by default
it named them in a "Bandname - Songname.wma"
format which was inconsistent with my library.

So I downloaded your great program and when I tried to
simply remove the leading "Bandname - " by
inputting "Bandname - " in the "Replace" field and
nothing in the "With" field, I expected to it to leave all
applicable songs with "Songname.wma" format.

It did remove the band name from the string, but it
inserted a space even though I made sure the With field
was cleared of all chars and blank space making it
necessary to still have to manually massage the file
names anyway.

(i.e " Songname.wma" instead of "Songname.wma")

Icon file not found

Batch Renamer reports that a icon file is not found.

Does not handle non ASCII characters

filenames.
