sha384 and sha512 miscompiled by clang, when OPTIMIZE_SSE2 is defined

When compiling with clang (rather than gcc) with OPTIMIZE_SSE2 defined, the two ciphers are compiled incorrectly. The attached patch is now part of the FreeBSD port security/beecrypt.

Segmentation fault in mpntrbits()

Because of counting the bitsize wrong, mpntrbits() is likely to produce a segmentation fault or memory corruption. Attached proposed fix.

beecrypt cvs java/Makefile.am needs libalt fix too

The java subdirectory still has the libalt stuff that was excised from the rest of the project. The attached patch against CVS fixes that.

friend declarations in gcc 4

"When declaring a friend class using an unqualified
name, classes outside the innermost non-class scope
are not searched"
But the "using" declarations are in the global scope,
causing the friend declarations to fail, leading to
access errors.
