Development is underway. The <a href="http://beej.sf.net/">website</a> now has build instructions and a link to the API documentation. Hopefully I can have a release ready in a month or so.

After getting the example and library working correctly and javadoc'd, I've released version 1.0. Documenation for using it is forthcoming.
