It is a maintenance release for the 2.1.3 branch.<br/> As 2.1.3 is the highest ranked belofte release on CCRL, adding a new binary for macOS and linux is useful.<br/> It should be a few elo points stronger, but nothing important. It has up to 5% more NPS than the existing 2.1.3 version.</p></div>
