&lt;p&gt;Attached patch fixes this.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The attached patch adds code to the BER/PER encoder/decoder for handling BMPStrings.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I'm not 100% sure about the "UnicodeBigUnmarked" (16-bit big-endian without byte order marker), but I think it is correct.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</summary></entry></feed>
