&lt;p&gt;The droplet application was an interesting challenge at the time, but the code really didn't age very well, so I've removed it from the distribution. I'm pretty certain that this project is more useful to developers than end-users, I don't expect to get overwhelming feedback to the contrary.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Having cleaned up the code and distribution, dual-licensed the library (LGPL or GPL, take your pick), and released a new file set with a platform neutral (ant) build process, I'm declaring this project inactive.
