GCS no longer assumes you know what you are doing. If
category has installed packages a dialog with tell you it is refusing to exclude the category.

Confirmation Dialog added to change category status if
it doesn't have installed packages. Also informs that no
changes are final until Commit Button pressed.

Other changes listed in Changelog.

GCS version 0.2 released including bugfix.

While working on the file parsing I discovered clicking the baseList it would go blank. Fixed the error and added the parser changes.

Also hid 0.1 to avoid it's brokeness :)

Gentoo Category Select ver 0.1(Initial Release)

This is the initial release, version 0.1, of Gentoo Category Select with
a Qt front-end. Gentoo Category Select is a Gentoo distribution helper
tool for listing portage package categories in a manageable fashion so
you can select categories that you do not want installed on your system.
It assumes you know what you are doing. If there are packages installed
DON'T exclude the category. No changes take effect until you press the
commit button. If you find out later you want the category you can use
the app to change its status and run 'emerge sync'.
