Update implementation of NSIS and UMUI

Somehow, there's an incompatibility with the old NSIS+UMUI (package can be found here : http://www.dats.co.za/down/NSIS.zip\) and the new NSIS and UMUI..

In the new version, the installer no longer has any images? very strange. Update the installer code so that it is compatible with the latest release of UMUI.
