Do not show "List of changes" if there are no changes!

Right now if I have \listofchanges in a document that has no changes, the resulting document has a header List of changes with nothing after it.

It would be nice to not have the header in the document if there are no changes to list under it.

Sorry for the long answer delay: this is no bu, at least not on my side :)

Some things simply do not work with some formatting choices, such as throughlining of items. Sorry, but my TeX knowledge is limited there. Same goes for tables, figures, headings etc.

Hi ekleinod,

First of all tanks: your package is really useful for my writing job.
I was wondering if was not possible to allow the list of changes to be printed even if the option "final" of the package is activated, so to read a clean version of the text and to have the list of modifications at the end of the same document. Maybe even at the end of a chapter (or a act in a drama etc.) allowing in that case to switch on or off the list in any part of the document.
