-omit:flags
allows to omit some informations on output.

d disclaimers (warnings)

Informations about author and update are great nuisance
sometimes and I needed to get rid of them.

patch for HTML header printing (using xlhtml )

Column and row headers

Patch adds -th command line options that enables HTML
output of column and row headers. These are enclosed
in a <TH> tag and obey the aggressive optimization flag.

The patch applies against xlhtml-0.5.1

xlhtml patch for ARM processors

When running in little endian mode the ARM processors
have a cross-endian double format, similar to little
endian but with the upper and lower 32 bits reversed.

The patch add special handling for this case.

XML normalisation and misc. cleanups

Normalises XML row # output to reduce size of resultant
output and therefore subsequent processing time.

Misc cleanups mostly typos in comments and non-autoconf
version was wrong
