&lt;p&gt;The planetary hour times, and the displayed planetary hour, are off, too early by one hour.&lt;br /&gt;

Chronos shows sunrise at 6:58am&lt;br /&gt;
and sunset at 4:44pm. Both weather.com and&lt;br /&gt;
skyandtelescope.com have 6:59 and 4:52.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I'm at Campbell, CA and I've double checked my location&lt;br /&gt;
(37:17N and 121:57W). I should note that I entered a&lt;br /&gt;
zip code for the sites I listed above and long/lat for&lt;br /&gt;
ChronosXP, but I don't believe this could account for&lt;br /&gt;
the relatively large discrepency in the "night begins&lt;br /&gt;
at" value.&lt;/p&gt;
