Does not do daylight savings time correctly

I have my time set to Central Time USA in Windows Control Panel, and have the checkmark on there for, adjust for Daylight Savings Time.

The planetary hour times, and the displayed planetary hour, are off, too early by one hour.

For today, nov 26 '05. Chronos shows sunrise at 6:58am
and sunset at 4:44pm. Both weather.com and
skyandtelescope.com have 6:59 and 4:52.

I'm at Campbell, CA and I've double checked my location
(37:17N and 121:57W). I should note that I entered a
zip code for the sites I listed above and long/lat for
ChronosXP, but I don't believe this could account for
the relatively large discrepency in the "night begins
at" value.
