Sorry I didn't watched the discussion.

Now I pushed the missing file on master branch and merged master to develop.
P.S. For version 2.2.43 I couldn't reach the maintainer (Mikael) of the project, so the web site is not up-to-date. I have no access rights for doing this.

In the commit 2021-09-27 [9817d2] Version 2.2.43
I think you forgot to add the plugin.properties into META-INF
