Invalid OTF files on Windows: cmunvt.otf and cmunvi.otf

I use CMU unicode fonts since version 0.6.0, under Windows XP (SP2), using the OpenType format. All fonts work perfectly except these two:

CMU Typewriter Text Variable Width (cmunvt.otf) and CMU Typewriter Text Variable Width Italic (cmunvi.otf).

Windows inform they are not valid font files. The error still occurs in version 0.6.3.

ligatures non marked as GSUB liga

I have just discovered that all ff, fi, fl (and similar
ones) ligature glyphs aren't marked with the liga tag
for automatic OpenType substitution.

I guess they should be enabled to be able to use
ligatures with OpenType-aware applications (such as XeTeX).

wrong tag for mathematical Greek

Using the lastest 0.6.0, I have discovered that
mathematical Greek forms are tagged with locl instead
of mgrk.

Mathematical Greek forms are not local forms, so they
should be tagged as mgrk for all scripts excepting the
Greek one (otherwise it will look weird).
