&lt;p&gt;CMU Typewriter Text Variable Width (cmunvt.otf) and CMU Typewriter Text Variable Width Italic (cmunvi.otf).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Windows inform they are not valid font files. &lt;p&gt;I guess they should be enabled to be able to use&lt;br /&gt;
ligatures with OpenType-aware applications (such as XeTeX).&lt;/p&gt;

mathematical Greek forms are tagged with locl instead&lt;br /&gt;
of mgrk.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Mathematical Greek forms are not local forms, so they&lt;br /&gt;
should be tagged as mgrk for all scripts excepting the&lt;br /&gt;
Greek one (otherwise it will look weird).&lt;/p&gt;
