Scroll left/right in timeline moves up

Scrolling left/right in the timeline seems to cause the
vertical scroll position to get mis-calculated in some
cases. Has been observed both on development and
production machines.

The change is static per-run of the app, but seems to
grow on some machines each time the app is started.
The first screen doesn't seem to show the problem.

Problem is intermittent, but fairly common.

Scrolling up/down with the scrollbar allows access to
the whole timeline, but it's still annoying.

Deletion of events from timeline fails

Selecting an event's resource bars in the timeline
doesn't appear to work in at least one installation
(Baha'i Centre production installation). No clue why
at this point in time.

User category defaults to ""

For some reason the user category field defaults to ''
rather than a null string. Should figure out why and
stoppa-dese-tings-from-a-happenink!

Duplicate users in index

The add-user mechanism seems to be entering values
twice in the user-name index. Not sure why.
Rebuilding the index fixes the symptoms, but it doesn't
solve the problem.

No integrity checks on user/res delete

Currently nothing to prevent event from having a delete
user or resource in its properties.

Modal dialog doesn't come to front

When you click on a sibling frame of a modal dialog,
the modal dialog doesn't get activated/flashed, so the
user just gets an error sound and no indication of how
to fix the problem.

Date/time entry doesn't accept 3pm

Use of mx.DateTime parser means that common formats
such as 3pm are not accepted as valid dates, instead
user has to enter 3:00pm.

Compacting the database leaves refs

Need to make all dbobject references get the database
reference fresh each time (otherwise link to old dbase
makes them create a serial-number Conflict error).

Use of _resetCache

Current code uses _resetCache (in zcollection's
indexeddatabase.py), this is explicitly warned against
by Zope's Shane Hathaway. At the moment it's a
requirement to get the app to work, but it should be
fixed when possible.

Unconflicted Event registering conflicts

Sometimes seeing events reporting conflicts when there
is no current conflict for them, looks like something
isn't getting properly updated in the event property hooks.
