French locale

The attached file contains the localized strings for the french locale (against Cubosphere 0.04b)

Fixes in localization strings

The attached patch fixes the following two problems in the localized strings:
1) Renamed "sourceforce" typo to "sourceforge" in the URL in all locales.
2) Swapped "backspace" and "b" key in the editor help in all locales. These two keys didn't match the label.

Make install target in Makefile

The attached patch provides an "install" target in the Makefile and also fixes the lua issue in some distros.

The patch can only work properly if the following patch which handles the DATA_DIR is applied as well:

Standard data and user dir in linux

The attached patch makes the data dir configurable and the user dir standard in linux.
It means that data can be specified as -DDATADIR="/usr/local/share/cubosphere" in the CFLAGS.
If -DLINUX is passed in the CFLAGS, cubosphere will use "$HOME/.cubosphere" as user dir.

These changes are necessary to enable packaging.

This patch is based on cubosphere alpha 0.03.
