If the bot has a trigger for the bombs and it can plant more bombs, it seems to manage to block itself from time to time. This happens because the search&destroy directive finds a road that is dangerous.
It should check if the bombs that make the road dangerous are planted by him.
Also, it seems that the ISitOnABomb method doesn't always work as expected
