The problem is the reporting really isn't that good. Having used Cyberoam a lot in my previous job, I'm checking out iView to try and improve the situation. The problem I've got is that Wireshark shows me I'm receiving the syslog data, but nothing ever shows up in iView. I've tried adding devices with both ciscoASA and ciscoASA_CSC_SSM device types. Is there any configuration I can do to get this to work?

Email configuration in iview

Hi,

In email configuration it is asking only for IP address and not for FQDN, we are using GSuite.and there is no specific IP address.

Could you advise any way to apply FQDN for smtp server.

I'm trying to install Cyberoam iView 0.128 on a Windows 8.1 64 bit machine.

At the end of the install I get the following message:

"There was an error while installing iView on your computer".

I then get:

"Aborting: iView install failed!".

I've just installed CentOS 6.6 64bit with Postgresql 8.4 and JRE 1.6.0 (as per documentation) and installed the 64bit version of iView 1.2.8.

Took a few goes to get iView installed and found a few posts in the forums telling me roughly what paths to use.

Now I can log into the web interface, but after about 2 seconds I get kicked out with the message

"Sorry! Session Expired
You are now logged out.
Click here to log back in"

Same logout screen that happens on a normal Cyberoam UTM, but I can't get into the system long enough to find where the timeout variable is being set.

Any suggestions on how to override this?

Squid, iView and Graphs

I have the same of problem.
