linspace(a,b,n) - produces a range of n points &lt;em&gt;linearly&lt;/em&gt; spaced between a and b.&lt;br/&gt;
a : s : b - produces a range of points spaced by &lt;em&gt;i&lt;/em&gt; between a and b. &lt;/p&gt;
