Docbook Doctype update

I think it is preferrably to use a URL doctype definition of an up-to-date DocBook:

Depending on your editor and your internet connection, this might cause problems. Please test. I prefer this type as it requires less maintenance.

The system should not permit to enter decimal points when the unit of an equipment is piece

Add check box to maintenance page for material availability

Based on the user demands, a new check box should be added to the maintenance page to mark a workorder to indicate that the needed materials are available in the stores after the froman check so this workorder is ready to be completed by the maintenance teams

This is the default installation path of the current MS4W installer.

I suggest to stick to this default (unless it creates some problems) and adjust things in the MS4W branch accordingly.

Optional PDF workorders

Zend Framework and PostArabic allow to generate PDF documents with Arabic text from PHP.

In order not to break existing installations and processes and to be independent of PDF viewers, this feature should be configurable.

I suggest to implement this first in the MS4W branch.

Leaked water field

Hello,

The establishment of water in Aleppo is requiting to add a new field, in which the amount of leaked water resulted from each maintenance work can be saved.

This field is very useful to know the amount of water that leaked because of the delay of maintenance response.

The maintenance team will estimate the amount of this field.

The related report should be created also.
