I uploaded the latest test build.
Heartbeat should work now, the syslog-ng config should be
fine,google-authenticator (OTP) has been added, and I also merged a couple
of changes Frank Weis provided (init scripts & save-config enhancements).
The biggest change is that the ISO now has an embedded squashfs image. This
makes the ISO smaller and also faster, since I was able to use LZ4
compression.

Please help testing again and let me know about any issues you're finding.
