The changes are as follows:
The primary focus of this release is a fix of a SEGV regression in ospfd, which
was introduced in 0.99.19. It also features a series of minor improvements,
including better RFC compliance in bgpd, better support of FreeBSD, and some
enhancements to isisd.

Quagga is a routing software suite, providing
implementations of OSPF 2, OSPF 3, RIP 1 and 2, RIP 3
and BGP 4 for Unix platforms, particularly FreeBSD,
Linux, and NetBSD.
