The dialog is resizable, and the splitter bar functions, but the "hot-spot" for each is so small that it is hard to grab. Is there a possibility that the hot-spot can be made larger? Perhaps also the mouse could change appearance - to indicate when it is on the sweet-spot? Could the dialog be a bit wider, by default, to see the layer name column?
