I was wondered when I didn`t fing any HG support here, but VC has it, so I wrote a simpe function that adds it in ecb-file-browser.el

There are already too many different layouts comes with ecb, so one more won't change things for the worse.

N.B.: the list of existent layouts in ecb-layout.el is slightly dated.
