Converter ETS -> XML Database

What about a tool to convert the projekt data created by
ETS into the XML description for the EIB HomeServer
instead of creating it by hand? Nice would be the
possibility not only to create it but also to update it later
on when the setting changed and group adresses may
have been added by ETS without loosing current state of
data.

2. Describe the devices (e.g. according to HVAC, Binary
Light, Dimmable Light device profles)
3. Make the devices controllable via SOAP
4. Event State changes using GENA

My idea is to port the software to Windows especially
WindowsCE and let it run on a embedded Device. Then i
have the possiblity to control my EIB installation with a
device with small power consumptation.
