Emulators are not accepted on MacOS

As part of the emulators selection step in the EF workflow, a check is made against the OS for each listed Emulator. The listed Emulators are usually classed as 'linux' or 'Windows'. On MacOS, neither of these two types are accepted, and only those Emulators for which no operating system is defined, are accepted.

As MacOS is essentially unix-based, it is suggested that all Emulators listed to run under linux, are also accepted on MacOS.

Default install folder on MacOS is Applications

When running the IZPack installer on MacOS, the default installation folder is in the 'Applications' folder. This is where 'proper' MacOS applications live, and is not really suitable for the EF.

Suggest to use a sub-folder in the users home folder.

Language default does not work correctly

The EF should default to EN when started. In some instances, this default is NL, which may be confusing for non-Dutch speakers.

Windows 7 install error

Emulator process working dir should be exec dir

The emulator processes are started in temporarily generated subdirectories in the ./exec dir (set in the properties file). However, the working directory of the emulation process is the root directory of the Emulation Framework (i.e. the directory where the EFCore.jar is located). This means that any files changed/written by the emulator process will appear in this directory, and not in the emulator's execution directory.
Not only does this represent a security risk but also a problem when cleaning up the emulator directory and files.
