i created a fork of exactor at code.google and release a 1.27 contains the patch posted here and some other features.

Patch provide a return value for cli's.

Changed 2 Files:
SimpleListener - provided errorsOccured -> Boolean
Runner - check for errorsOccured and make System.exit(1)
when tests failed.
