German language file using "Sie Form"

For those of you who prefer the german "Sie Form"
instead of "Du Form". I also corrected some
misspelling of the original file

Fix for wrong count of posts

The number of posts wrongly includes posts not yet
accepted by the administrator. This patch only fixes
the number count. A full fix would also have to correct
the splitting up in separate pages.

Interstingly the varaible to count the number of
moderated posts was already in the source doe, so I
guess it was just forgotten along the way ;-)
