Joining a project

To join a project, contact the project administrators and offer your services. Project administrators will decide whether to let you join the project and handle adding you to the project.

Also, since this is Open Source, the fastest way to get involved in a project is to start submitting patches. Frequent and persistent contributors of patches tend to get invited to be full committers.
