Undefined property / variable

After starting the Formitable_demo.php the
following error occurs over each editable textbox,
checkbox and optionbox:

Notice: Undefined property: record in
C:\Dokumente\99 Privat\Internet\MySQL
NT\wwwmysql\Formitable.class.php on line xyz

AND the following error ocurrs over each group of
listboxes, checkboxes and optionboxes:

Notice: Undefined variable: onclick in
C:\Dokumente\99 Privat\Internet\MySQL
NT\wwwmysql\Formitable.class.php on line xyz

The linenumbers xyz are different in the range from
241 to 276.

The html-dokument looks OK. I can see the correct
datas in the listboxes and the correct fields of the
check- and optionboxes.

After sending the new record to the server I get the
following errors:

Notice: Undefined variable: fields in
C:\Dokumente\99 Privat\Internet\MySQL
NT\wwwmysql\Formitable.class.php on line 81

Notice: Undefined variable: values in
C:\Dokumente\99 Privat\Internet\MySQL
NT\wwwmysql\Formitable.class.php on line 84

Form has been submitted successfully.

But the new record is correct in the DB. If I use "?
ID=1" the new record will shown.
