Use the CMVision code to enable capturing to Foresight VIA Video4Linux2.

Make inclusion of the blob analysis code optional

create a compile time declaration that will allow users to turn off the BlobAnalysis code. This will allow people to not use the CMVision code if they don't want it, or don't need blob analysis.

Triangularity computation seems to be broken

Triangularity is not being computed. This is because the CMVision code does not currently keep track of bounding box points, only the bounding box.
