Hello Admin,

Firstly, thank you so much for creating such an effective and user-friendly software gnaural. I read some of the open requests on topics which even I wondered since decent past that needs to be upgraded in gnaural such as vertical zoom functions, etc.

I would like to request one more feature in the future release, if possible can you add a real-time or offline metered reading of the entire session in terms of frequency shifts, like a countdown.

Left Ear (frequency in hertz)
Perceived Binaural Beat (frequency in hertz)
Right Ear (frequency in hertz)

so that this data can be linked as a visual reference in a responsive infographic video, to provide a visual guide about the content, much helpful especially in case of Non-steady state sessions.

hi there, is there anyway i can convert affirmations from any audio file into any tone and pitch such binaural beats or water drops or such other formats?

The Gnaural window is often wider than my screen and it cannot be resized and there is no way to scroll the graph window. This makes it very awkward to use sometimes.

It would be nice if we could resize window horizontally and then have some scroll bars to scroll the graph back and forth. A zoom feature would make it perfect.

Output KHz and output device, pls.

It would be really nice to see "output KHz" option in the next release. People that are interested in audio stuff like this are more likely to have an external audio card and unfortunately, it may sound a little off if you get to own a 48KHz one. :S

Oh, and sorry if I did not do my research well enough, but there should be a way to change the audio output device within GUI.

Please consider writing and installing an AppData file with the application description and some screenshots, else Gnaural looks really bad in the GNOME and KDE Software Centers. We'd love to showcase more applications, but without the extra data file we can't. See http://people.freedesktop.org/~hughsient/appdata/ for details; thanks!

Unfortunately, WBGen is proprietary and might violate the GNU GPL2 license that Gnaural is bound to. I am not a Gnaural developer, so I don't directly know what the authors want. I do not explicitly know whether WBGen's authors would open their interface, but right now it looks like this might be a problem.

The spectral content of noise has ultra-rapidly varying phase, no matter how "well selected" from some range of tones. The neurological mechanism of binaural beats depends on very constant phase. The "annoying tone", I am afraid, cannot be avoided. Your only hope is to create isochronic amplitude modulation of a pleasing noise source.
