If I wrote to the text description for example two zeros (00) after reread this description (after edit other text description) I see only one zero. Every second zero fade.

missing file

On fedora 4, gnuconcept is missing a subfile for
design, if you checked that all intended files had
been included it would probably work.

makefile is broken

Makefile don't work in the source packages.
it should be possible to install gnuconcept via make;
make install
Furthermore the makefile contains fixed dirs, (maybe
of one of the developers), so it can't actually work
