Some fonts are unusable under Windows/ATM

Some fonts do not come with the corresponding .pfm font metric files, making the font unusable in Windows 2000 or ATM-based environment.

PFM metrics files don't work

The .pfm metrics files for the latest release don't
work. Neither ATM nor Windows XP built-in postscript
font rendering (atmfd.dll - essentially ATM Light) will
load the fonts with these metrics files.

end of file error

The pfm files contain an end of file error.

When I type

cat font.pfm

I get info output to the terminal. I then get

[paul@localhost fonts]$ 1;2c1;2c1;2c1;2c1;2c1;2c
bash: 1: command not found
bash: 2c1: command not found
bash: 2c1: command not found
bash: 2c1: command not found
bash: 2c1: command not found
bash: 2c1: command not found
bash: 2c: command not found

If I use a java utility to process the pfm file, I also
get an end of file error.

Literal FontBBox is not compatible with idraw

Old versions of "idraw" from "ivtools" package assume that
FontBBox array is executable. GS fonts v.8.11 have
literary array. Let's change them back to be executable.

Although the bug is fixed in the current version of "idraw"

not everybody has upgraded and there always will be files
generated by the old versions of "idraw".
