ICMP ID bug on FreeBSD and Linux

In icmpmonitor.c, the 'ident' variable at line 181 is
declared as an 'int', while on both FreeBSD and Linux,
the ICMP ID value is an unsigned short.
This leads to mismatches when the value returned from
getpid() used as the ID at line 227 is larger than 65535.

Install icmpmonitor into /usr/sbin

icmpmonitor should be run as daemon and is not intended for normal end users. So please adhere to common unix standards and install icmpmonitor in /usr/sbin, not /usr/bin. The change is as easy as replacing bindir with sbindir in the Makefile (and change the spec file, too).

special flags for AIX compiler

"icmpmonitor has been succesfully compiled and executed on a
RS/6000 PowerPC. The OS is AIX 4.3.2 and the compiler is C for AIX compiler 4.3.0.0.
In the Makefile created by configure, add -qcpluscmt in CFLAGS."

CRC check

CRC is not checked in received packets.

polling frequency

Now ICMP monitor checks is polling needed
each second.

More optimal algorithm would be to
send delay as min comm. div.

For example if some host to be checked
each 12 seconds and other have to be checked
each 18 seconds, we could SLEEP for 6 seconds
not one.
