Hi Matteo,

(I*m from Germany, please excuse partial bad english)

We would be happy, if you could add an option (check mark)
that, when the running iCopy instance is (inadvertently) startet again,
that there does not appear the (not helpful) message
"already running you can't have more than one instance running"
but instead, just bring up the running iCopy window in
front of all other windons!

please reply (if you attend to decline suggestion)
(if you need info, the reason we need this)
(or if there is another way to avoid this behavior)

I just realized I mixed some things up from what I previously repled to you. I've edited my post.

Either way. Like I said, I am using a HP ENVY 5544 and the maximum scan size is 216 x 297 mm (8.5 x 11.7 inches). iCopy does NOT support this scan size area when selecting to export to PDF. Here's the full list.

p.s. Also I think "center image" (in the image settings) also means auto cropping to where it thinks the paper stops? Turning that off should also ensure the paper doesn't cut anything out?

Sorry for the late reply from me. I updated to the latest version (iCopy1.7.0setup.exe) to make sure I am not confusing anything.

How do I do a log file?

The feature request was to add a way to select the largest "paper size" on the list/options, rather than fixed paper sizes. So basically scan entire scannable area.

However does the "paper size" list filter only what your scanner can do? Would it change depending on the printer? If that's the case then yes, if the list isn't coming up with what the scanner/printer can do then it's a bug. Sorry I don't know how it's programmed.

Now after doing some tests, when I save to PDF, even though I selected Index card A4 8.27x11.69in. the PDF file seems to cut out the edges, making it look like standard A4 (guessing size).

Hi Savas,

this looks more like a bug than a new feature! iCopy should in principle scan the maximum area by default. Please attach the log file after you made a test scan. Also, please check what happens if you use the preview option.
