ika.TintTileBlit seems to be mixing up x and y for spacing.

Clipping rectangle and doublesize

There are issues with the clipping rectangle and doublesize with the OpenGL driver. It seems as though the increased resolution isn't taken into account when doublesized.

rho problems

I can't get rho to launch on my system, although
similar utilities coded in .NET work (the verge maped3
for example)

when I attempt to launch rho by double-clicking it, I
get this error:

I can't attempt to debug rho since I do not have a JIT
debugger (this is what it tells me if I press CANCEL)
nor would I know what to do even if I had one. :p

I am using Windows XP Pro with Service Pack 2 and .NET
Framework 1.1. I installed ika using
ika-install-0.61.exe. Some other system specs:
processor: AMD Athlon XP 3200+
ram: 512MB
graphics: GeForce 4 MX 440 with AGP8X

The ika documentation is horribly out of date, and is
making my life terribly difficult for what ika was made
for; making games.

Please fix it, please.. (I particularly want to point
out video api)

tile drawing bug?

i have my fullscreen ika open to 640x480. and it seems
that when scrolling the map the tiles on the far right
and bottom get cut off. what i mean is that if you
scroll left, after the map passes over half of the tile
on the far right, it just dissapears, same happens on
bottom when scrolling up.im not sure if this is a bug
or what, but for an rts game, its kinda ugly.
