text area problem

if you enter a very long text into the text area , it does
not wrap the text .
this problem can cause problem on the format of the
page if user never never press the ENTER key to get the
next line

You should use news php4 standards : $_GET and
$_POST.

link mode

No return value when used in "link" mode.
The modalwindows need the returnValue to be set when
the window is closed.
Maybe you should use a "save" button to cacth the
event and set the value before closing.

Formation doesn't work in HTML mode.

When you select some text in HTML mode and apply a
style to it it is applyed to the text itself.

How it should be:
HTML-Tags according to the selected Option should be
inserted.

Reproducible:
Allways

Steps to reproduce:
1. Enter some Text
2. Switch over to HTML Mode.
3. Select some Text.
4. Apply a Style (e.g. Press the Bold button)
