Internal Mail

I attach 2 config files. The problem maybe caused by my
configuration.

Basically, i would like to send a email from
kklim@edplab.com to helen@edplab.com or
jlwee@edplab.com internally.
it will not be sent out over the internet to their POP3
box, and back down to our local server.

Anyway, with the 2 config files, i'm not able to send
internal mail. Please help me to point out the
errors/misconfiguration.

Anyway, i quite confuse with the "Delivered-to" and
"From Account" -- "To Account".
