This way an installer of ITMS would just edit the &lt;br /&gt;
config.php with the required values and run the &lt;br /&gt;
install.php file and if everthing connects fine, the tables &lt;br /&gt;

I think that this means that the button must be a submit &lt;br /&gt;
button instead of a button with an OnClick handler.&lt;/p&gt;

submit button needs to be made secure (someone &lt;br /&gt;
hitting the back button can't resubmit the username and &lt;br /&gt;
