Make Login Mechanism work w/ Enter key

Modify the way in which the login mechanism works so
that users can hit enter after entering their password
instead of having to click the login button (or tab onto it
and then click enter).
I think that this means that the button must be a submit
button instead of a button with an OnClick handler.

As part of this change, the new method of using a
submit button needs to be made secure (someone
hitting the back button can't resubmit the username and
password to login).

Mult-Language Support

Move all ITMS hard-coded english words to a language
file defining variables for all current English words
so that ITMS can support Multiple Languages: German,
French, Spanish...etc..

Once this is complete, people can write their own
language files for use in ITMS.

Add Ability to select all Pending Task Checkboxes

Add a button that selects/unselects all checkboxes on
the home/pending tasks page so that users can easily
complete all tasks.

Show Single Task Detail

Add ability to view the details for a single task
only, instead of having to click the 'View Details'
button to see all task details.

Add comments to assigned tasks

Add a facility to add comments to a task currently
assigned to you, or tasks you've assigned to other
people. Could be one-dimensional comments like
php.net does or it could be multi-leveled like Sourceforge.

Error Log Table should have timestamp

'Owner' Text not clear

In the interface, wherever a "Owner" of a task or
process is referenced, it should be changed
to "[User|Group] Responsible for [Task|Process]"

Max Number of users to list at once

For a large organization it might be nice to restrict
the maximum number of users displayed on one page when
creating/editing users and groups.

DBA Backend Utility

It would be nice to let DB Admin-type Users have a GUI
tool to clear out old tasks, users, etc...

More User Preferences

Add more preferences for the user to tweak, such as:
Default time due for new task assignment
and others...
