A new version of jasmin was released after I produced
my previous patch. Here's an updated version. I know
the "wide" syntax isn't ideal, but please consider at
least taking the back end changes.

Fix most "wideness" problems.

This patch makes a "jsr_w" in the source actually emit
a "jsr_w" and additionally adds new pseudo-opcodes
named "wide_*" for each of the opcodes that is allowed
to be prefixed by "wide" (e.g., "wide_aload"
"wide_fstore" "wide_iinc"). I was too timid to try
adding "wide" as a separate keyword, and so this seemed
like a reasonable-enough compromise.

Note that this patch does *not* fix "ldc_w".

Also, I noticed a "ret_w" opcode listed, which probably
wants to be removed entirely. (There's no such thing.)
I didn't actually do so, though.

Added few others escape character in C language to make
it work in JVM.

The additional escape characters are:
'\/' - Slash
'\\' - Backslash
'\v' - Vertical Tab
'\a' - Audible

I've being used this with AMPC (www.axiomsol.com).

Comparing two different types of objects, will always be
false. Fixed to compare the equal types.

Yeah, it's lame, but this patch cleans up the java doc
errors
