Thanks for accepting the patch. I've been using my own build for a while but it will nice to have the feature in an official release.

#5 ctrl+d (delete) defaults to "cancel" instead of "ok"

Thanks Shamari!

Sorry to be so slow getting back to you; I've included this patch in the 3.3.1.2 release which should be out soon.

ctrl+d (delete) defaults to "cancel" instead of "ok"

The proximity of "d" to "f" makes it easy to mistakenly hit "ctrl+d" which, when combnied with a quick "enter" can result in an unwanted deletion of critical material. This happened to me at work. I created a patch. I've attached the file. The one issue that might need fixing before merging is "OK" and "Cancel" are not internationalized. I've attached the patched file for your review
While the control is used, it eliminates any integrity checks on server side!

The radix of the problem is explained at http://www.openldap.org/lists/openldap-technical/201308/msg00026.html
"JNDI is not really capable of handling referrals / search
continuations. And using this control is JNDI's work-around to suppress
them."

Our programmer Yury Dolgushin made dirty solution to eliminate the control depending on check-box state (.setRequestControls(null)). It works, with two notes.
1. The side effect is the control suppression during the search ops, so all dynamyc attributes start to be expanding on server side.
2. New check-box is named quite the contrary ;)

Sorry, our company don't have specialists to make java-things more clean, but I still believe it will be useful.

NOTE: The patch was developed for jxplorer-3.3.02.
