Hi,

KDiff3 is cool, but my use case means it can be a little irritating to use sometimes. At the moment I'm using it to merge changes to a TeX document that come from several authors. The documents are formatted such that there are quite long lines (they make up entire paragraphs) that usually have to be word-wrapped by the editor.

The word-wrapped diff view is great, but the merge output is not wrapped, and doesn't seem to be able to be. The annoying part is that when I use the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the screen to get to places in those long lines to make changes, the two diff views scroll horizontally too, and I can't see what it was I was trying to merge!

So there are two things that would help: (1) detach the horizontal scroll bar from the diff views when word-wrapping is in effect, and (2) add an option to word-wrap the merge output pane. Ideally, I'd like to see both implemented.

Keep up the good work!

Peace,
Brendon
